Who am I, You ask Me?
I found my Identity when I accepted Jesus into my heart to be my Savior. I am a child of the most high God.
The HIGH PRICE Jesus paid by shedding His blood and dying on the cross for me, earned me a position in my Heavenly Father’s Family. Galatians 4:3-7
As I read the pages of His instruction manual for life He left me. I have discovered a few things about myself.
Psalm 119:105
I am more than a CONQUEROR!
This is not because my life is absent of negative circumstances. But because I believe the Word of God can TRANSFORM me through the circumstance. Romans 8:37
I am not alone! My Heavenly Father sent the Advocate the HOLY SPIRIT. Who will teach me everything and will remind me of everything I have need of. John 14:26
I do not bend to fear, for You have told me You are with me. "Be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will STRENGTHEN you. Yes, I will HELP you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10
In this family I have been given a HEAVENLY SEAT in Christ Jesus. It gives me the ability to see things from My Heavenly Father's perspective. Ephesians 2:6.
It gives me AUTHORITY to trample over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt me. Luke 10:19
My Heavenly Father has given me several GARMENTS as I journey through this life.
The garment of PRAISE for the spirit of heaviness. Isaiah 61:3
One of my favorites is HIS ARMOR, which I wear on a daily basis.
I secure my waist with TRUTH. I put on the breastplate of RIGHTEOUSNESS. I shod my feet with the preparation of the gospel of PEACE. Above all, I take up the shield of FAITH with which I will be able to QUENCH all the FIERY DARTS of the enemy. I put on the helmet of SALVATION, and the sword of the SPIRIT, which is the WORD OF GOD.
Ephesians 6:14-17
For this PURPOSE, I the Child of God was created, that I will DESTROY the works of the DEVIL. 1 John 3:8
He has ANOINTED me to PREACH the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to the HEAL brokenhearted, To PROCLAIM liberty to the captives And recovery of SIGHT to the blind, To set at LIBERTY those who are oppressed. Luke 4:18.
This is what I was made for!
Will you join me in this family?
