When the speaker had us ask ourselves if we are showing empathy and compassion to ourselves that impacted me because it led me to realize that I put unnecessary stress to myself. Another part that impacted me the most was when the speaker shared the different examples on how we can love and be kind to ourselves. One coping mechanism was to treat myself/indulge which is something I do not really do.
